What Youll Do as Assistant Manager Lead & Inspire:
Greet customers, set the tone for exceptional service, and coach team members to perform at their best Listen & Advise:
Document customer concerns, review vehicle history, and recommend services with confidence and integrity Sell with Expertise:
Promote products and services by understanding their benefits and value to the customer Communicate Clearly:
Provide accurate quotes, timelines, and daily updates to customers on their vehicles status Follow Up & Build Loyalty:
Call customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and offer future service reminders Stay Organized:
Manage returns, warranty parts, and service records with precision Keep Standards High:
Follow company processes and maintain a professional, customer-focused store environment
What Were Looking For
?
High school diploma or equivalent ?
Service Advisor experience preferred (but not required for the right person) ?
Professional appearance and process-driven mindset ?
Valid drivers license & at least 18 years old ?
Willingness to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays (never Sundays!) ?
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
