Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle RMS to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with a focus on optimizing retail operations and merchandising processes. Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements for Oracle RMS implementations and enhancements Collaborate with merchandising, inventory, and supply chain teams to understand business processes Configure and maintain Oracle RMS modules including item setup, pricing, and inventory management Design and implement solutions for complex retail scenarios using Oracle RMS Create detailed functional specifications and test cases Provide support for integration between RMS and other retail systems Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions and document results Train end-users on RMS functionality and provide ongoing support Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) Strong understanding of retail business processes and merchandising operations Experience with retail inventory management and supply chain processes Proficiency in SQL and retail database structures Knowledge of Oracle Retail integration points (e.g., RFID, POS, Finance) Experience in creating functional and technical documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Seniority level
