Title: Executive Assistant to HRBP VP Location: tlanta, GA Duration: 0-12+ Months Shift: 1st Shift Pay Rate: $30.00/Hour on w2.

Duties: Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management for the President of HR. Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions. HR Department Support: Collaborate with other HR leaders within U.S. Domestic HR to support department-wide initiatives, events, and communications. Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars for multiple Senior HR Leaders, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations, and ensure all necessary materials are available in advance. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed. Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas, while optimizing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including expense management, document preparation, filing, and record-keeping. Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by Senior HR Leaders, including research, data analysis, and presentation development. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, team members, vendors, and candidates. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams and other relevant software applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them. Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
