About the Role: Currie & Brown is seeking a Senior Project Manager. You will be at the forefront of cutting-edge semiconductor facility development, overseeing projects from conception to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful execution, on time and within budget. This role requires expertise in cost management, MEP, tool installation, and technical drawings, as well as the ability to navigate NEC contracts and control project expenditures effectively. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale semiconductor construction projects Oversee MEP systems, tool install, and infrastructure upgrades Interpret and review technical drawings for cost accuracy and project feasibility Maintain budget control and ensure cost efficiency Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track Job Requirements: Deep understanding of MEP systems and tool install Ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications Experience with NEC contracts and contract negotiations Proficiency in cost estimation, forecasting, and risk assessment Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience managing projects from preconstruction through execution and closeout Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and cost management tools Strong analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar data-driven tools Ability to work on-site with clients PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field 10+ years of experience in project management within semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial construction Strong background in cost management, budgeting, and financial controls Currie & Brown is a worldwide leading physical assets management consultancy with over 100 years in business and 60 offices around the globe.
