As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a government location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Minimum/Preferred Requirements: Must be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age. CPR and first aid certification is preferred. An armed guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
