This position is on call and as needed throughout the school year.
Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma/Equivalent Two professional references BCI & FBI background checks Dated within the past 12 months On file with the Ohio Department of Education Can be conducted by Renhill Group for one of the area's lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have them. Call to make an appointment.
Necessary Skills/Duties:
Monitor record keeping procedures Prepare computer documents Maintain systematic filing system Greet/assist visitors Prepare letters, memos, notes, and emails Prepare photocopies Process incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail Help resolve staff/parent/student issues Relevant work experience in field Demonstrable evidence of literacy and numeracy skills Proficiency in spelling, proofreading, and correct use of grammar
