Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistant
to support senior executives. The role requires excellent communication, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules, travel, and high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage
executive calendars, meetings, and events , anticipating conflicts and ensuring smooth scheduling. Handle domestic/international travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, Handle both commercial and private aviation travel and process expense reports accurately. Draft, proof, and finalize correspondence and documents. Review and prioritize incoming communications, responding independently when appropriate. Act as liaison with internal teams, investors, and external partners, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Support team productivity by maintaining organized systems and assisting colleagues when needed. Travel expenses management (using Outlook, Concur) Qualifications:
Proven experience as an
Executive Assistant or in a similar role/3-5 years of financial services experience Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools. Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
