The role involves handling client inquiries, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. Additionally, the Associate Broker will work closely with the senior brokerage team to develop strategic funding solutions for clients. Qualifications Experience in market research and financial analysis Strong skills in preparing and reviewing loan documents Excellent client relationship management and communication skills Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements Proficient in financial software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field Previous experience in the lending or financial services industry is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Seniority level
