As a Janitorial Assistant, you’ll be part of a supportive team that handles essential cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restocking supplies. Don’t worry—no experience is needed! You’ll receive on-the-job coaching and guidance to help you succeed. It’s more than just cleaning—it’s about building confidence, showing up with pride, and gaining real-world work experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Keep our hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces looking their best
Use tools and products (safely!) to clean, scrub, polish, and shine
Restock paper products and essentials in restrooms and break areas
Interact with staff, patients, and visitors in a kind and courteous way
Practice time management, teamwork, and positive workplace habits
Learn new skills through supportive training and job coaching

Must-Haves:
Able to communicate clearly with others
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (sometimes a little more)
Can read and understand cleaning labels and safety instructions
Reliable transportation to get to and from work
You have a diagnosed significant disability that makes it hard to find other employment opportunities—but you’re ready and willing to work
Bonus Points (Preferred but not required):
High School Diploma
Experience working in a healthcare or similar environment
