Schedule: 1st shift | Monday - Friday, occasional weekends depending on production
Pay Rate: $23 - $30/hr. | Depending on experience

What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, material-handling systems, and glass processing machinery. Handle both scheduled and emergency repairs to minimize downtime. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Install, upgrade, and adjust equipment for optimal performance. Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate logs. Collaborate with production teams to meet operational goals quickly and effectively.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years industrial or warehouse maintenance experience (automotive glass a plus). Strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals. Robotics/PLC experience and knowledge of Six Sigma, Fishbone, KT, or 8D tools preferred. Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work independently. Physically capable of bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working overtime as needed.
