Executive Assistant
to support a dynamic owner/executive in York, PA. This is not a typical admin role-you'll work on high-impact projects involving numbers, systems, and strategy, helping bring order and clarity to shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Support the executive on financial, operational, and organizational initiatives for multiple businesses
Create and manage detailed Excel spreadsheets; interpret financial data
Assist with bookkeeping, internal reporting, and meeting follow-ups
Research, analyze, and distill information into clear summaries
Maintain organized digital filing systems and improve workflows
Handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion
Ideal Candidate Strong Excel skills and financial literacy
Highly accurate, reliable, and discreet
Analytical, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Clear and confident communicator
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to contribute long term
