Senior Conflicts Analyst
to join their Finance team in Washington, DC. About the Role: As the Senior Conflicts Analyst, you will research and analyze potential legal conflicts, support attorneys and staff with conflict resolution, and maintain the integrity of our conflicts of interest database. You'll play a senior role in managing department workflows and advising junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research using Mergent, SEC Filings, Lexis, Westlaw, and other sources Analyze and summarize complex conflict reports for attorneys Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve conflicts and ensure compliance Oversee staff training and orientation across multiple offices Review and analyze lateral attorney conflict checks Assist with special reports and policy enhancements What We’re Looking For: 5+ years
of conflicts, legal research, or paralegal experience (law firm preferred) Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Research, or Accounting preferred) Expertise in
Intapp Open
or similar workflow tools Proficiency in
Excel, iManage, and MS Office Suite Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage high-volume workflows and work independently Why Join Us?
