Job Summary

Under general direction, performs both routine and complex and secretarial duties. Provides support to the department staff, while performing separate and distinct duties ensuring compliance with department's financial, legal and administrative requirements; and overseeing the office activities. Incumbents are expected to work independently and carry out administrative details without requiring the immediate attention of an administrator(s)
