Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to their high-level CEO. The ideal candidate will be a master of juggling multiple priorities, possess exceptional communication skills, and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and ensure the smooth operation of the executive's day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Organize and maintain accurate records and files. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Process expense reports and manage invoices. Conduct research and compile data as needed. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned. Anticipate and proactively address the executive's needs. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior-level executive. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and discretion. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
