Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations. Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations. Assist with correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders. Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace. Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
