Executive Assistant
to support our day-to-day office operations. This role is essential to keeping our office running efficiently while ensuring a warm, professional atmosphere for clients, guests, and team members. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly Maintain office supply levels and place orders when needed Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars Support data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks Keep the office environment clean, organized, and professional Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication skills-both written and verbal Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed What We Offer: Competitive salary:
