Contract-to-Hire Job Summary: We are seeking a
Sr. Software Engineer (RPA Developer)
with
5+ years of RPA experience
and
3+ years of Pega development
to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions. The ideal candidate must be
Pega RPA certified , proficient in
Pega Business Process Management (Robot Manager), .NET, and C# , and have hands-on experience creating and managing
RPA bots in VMs . Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy Pega RPA bots and automation solutions. Manage and upgrade Pega servers, ensuring smooth workflow execution. Work with cross-functional teams to optimize automation processes. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing bots. Implement CI/CD pipelines, software best practices, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure). Must-Have Qualifications: Strong .NET/C# knowledge
(as Pega runs on it) Experience with Robot Manager
for bot deployment Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) Interview Process: 3 rounds of interviews + final
