IT Systems Analyst Newark NJ Job ID: 19546 Great Career Growth Opportunity for a dynamic IT Systems Analyst. Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of complex end-user software configurations, installation projects such as document management system components, and other IT systems and applications as needed. Create and execute thorough testing procedures to ensure that systems operate correctly and satisfy all outlined requirements. Working with designated content managers, assist with the creation and publishing of engaging content for use in the Firm's intranet ensuring appropriate security and access rules are enforced. Translating business requirements into technical solutions. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, architecture, services, applications, and development projects and environments. Create and maintain reports and dashboards from various systems using Business Intelligence (BI) and Content Management System (CMS) tools. Collaborate with team members to support and manage enterprise applications and back-end systems. Assists the department in planning and conducting technical projects, including planning, implementing, and preparing for any rollout-related training and assisting in the configuration of software products. Liaise with external vendors to ensure the alignment of third-party software and solutions with organizational needs. Other system administration and/or project-related responsibilities, as required. Qualifications: One to three years of experience working in Information Technology, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Ability to become familiar with and knowledgeable about all other technology applications used or implemented by the firm. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills required to interact professionally with clients, lawyers, paraprofessionals, other staff members, and outside vendors. Basic understanding of web development, including, but not limited to, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript technologies. Previous hands-on experience with SQL/Microsoft SQL Server to access, retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data. . Knowledgeable in SharePoint. Highly curious individual with a desire to become a subject matter expert for supported technologies. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team, demonstrate a responsible work ethic, high level of professionalism, and sound judgment. Must be willing to work extended hours, nights, and weekends as needed or assigned. Able to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks appropriately. #LI-TO1 Salary: $95,000 - $110,000/year.
