General LPN duties in LTC, acute care, outpatient, psych, rehab, SNF settings Skills required:
Blood glucose monitoring Foley (male & female) NG/G-tube care IM & SQ injections O2 administration (mask, nasal cannula) Isolation precautions Admission assessments & communication with RN/MD Ambulation, bathing, mouth care, vital signs monitoring
Floating: Yes – within scope (hospital units + affiliates as needed) Weekend coverage: Required Block scheduling: Not available Facility Info
