This position is based in Arizona and requires a proactive, qualified candidate who meets the following criteria: Shift Details: - Schedule: 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM- Contract Length: 91 weeks- Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours/week Key Responsibilities: - Operate CT scanners to provide diagnostic imaging.- Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.- Prepare and position patients appropriately for CT scans.- Adhere to established protocols for image quality and radiation safety. Qualifications: - Experience: A minimum of 24 months of current experience as a CT Tech is required.- Certifications: Must hold active certifications from either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, including ARRT and BLS (AHA).- Background Check: Eligible candidates must have a clean background with no license hits.- Eligibility: Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered. Submission Requirements: - Complete the Banner Cover Page accurately.- Provide a detailed resume that includes all relevant facilities, facility sizes, beds, trauma level, and units worked in.- Include a Skills Checklist specific to the discipline, which must be less than a year old.- Active license verification must be performed within 30 days prior to submission.- Include copies of all certifications to confirm active status at the time of submission. RTO Policy: - Any requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront and cannot exceed 7 days. RTO will not be approved during the first week of the assignment or during holidays.
