Deliver comprehensive physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. Engage collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and at-home exercise recommendations. Meticulously document evaluations, treatments, and progress adherence to facility and regulatory standards. Actively participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to facilitate coordinated and effective care. Education
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited educational program. Certifications
Valid state licensure as a
Physical Therapist . Current CPR certification preferred. Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory. Skills
Prior experience is strongly preferred. Ability to treat a diverse array of patients with intricate medical backgrounds and mobility challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in utilizing digital charting and clinical documentation tools. Benefits
