About the role
Join a growing, multi-site large DSO in the Phoenix metro area (with optional travel to Tucson sites) as a full-scope
Oral Surgeon . You ll work with dedicated clinical and administrative teams, enjoy strong patient flow from day one, and have autonomy to manage your surgical caseload in modern, well-equipped operatories. Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced oral surgery procedures including: Extractions (simple + surgical)
Bone grafting
Implant placement
PRF/biologics procedures
Sedation cases (as applicable)
Manage your solo surgical practice at assigned locations
Coordinate patient care with dental assistants and patient care coordinators
Maintain clinical documentation in E-chart / Dexis imaging
Adhere to all state and practice regulatory, safety, and infection-control standards
Requirements
Active Arizona dental/oral surgery license
All
required oral surgery permits
for AZ practice
Sedation certification
Comfortable working as a
solo provider
with full support staff
New graduates

Imaging:
Dexis
for x-rays; practice EMR:

(internal systems)
Credentialing timeframe:
days (can start clinical scheduling sooner in many cases)
Compensation & Perks
Guarantee:
Up to $1,000/day
OR
40% production , whichever is higher
Signing & relocation bonuses
available (open to offers)
Flexible scheduling part-time or full-time options
Opportunity to cover multiple sites (travel to Tucson preferred but not required)
Strong patient volume and established referral base
Ideal Candidate
Experienced oral surgeon or new grad with required certifications who is motivated to build/maintain a high-quality solo practice
Comfortable with implant surgery, bone grafting, PRF, and sedation workflows
Professional, patient-focused, and able to coordinate care with a local support team
