Responsibilities
Assist residents with
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Provide
basic patient care
and emotional support under the direction of licensed nursing staff Help with
transfers, positioning, and ambulation
using safe techniques and equipment (e.g., gait belts, Hoyer lifts) Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents Requirements
Valid CNA experience Ability to
lift, turn, and transfer
residents safely Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, team player, and dependable Prior experience in
skilled nursing ,
long-term care , or
rehabilitation
