As a nurse, you are essential toquality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration,nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related toresident well-being.
You will:
Train staff and assist the director of nursing Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice,individuality, and a home-like environment for residents Assist residents with instrumental activities ofdaily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administrationwith medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care andindependence, as permitted by state regulations Ensure care as indicated on resident treatmentand service plans Know and follow infection control and safetyprocedures Review, update and communicate resident caredocumentation Evaluate health emergencies to determine medicalmeasures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations You Currently:
Possess a current nurse license in good standing Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervisionin healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply! Our Benefits:
