monthly outings and team-building events . Key Responsibilities: Lead with
trust, respect , and a commitment to the clinic's mission of
compassionate animal care Perform
physical exams ,
diagnostic tests , and
surgeries Diagnose and treat
illnesses
and
injuries
in animals Prescribe
medications
and develop
tailored treatment plans
for each patient's needs Engage with clients to provide
education
and recommendations regarding their pets' health Manage a variety of patients
and priorities efficiently, maintaining high standards of care Contribute to the
development and mentorship
of support staff through the clinic's

training program Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise: DVM/VMD degree
from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program) Active, valid license
to practice veterinary medicine in Florida (or ability to obtain licensure) Experience in
surgery ,
dentistry ,
diagnostics , and
patient care management Excellent communication
skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team Strong
organizational
