Nurse Practitioner opportunity with Mobile Primary Care company in Montgomery and Howard County. See 30 patients a week. Clinical time is 5 hours each day allowing lots of time for charting. No call or weekends! Forget the double-booked schedule and no time for lunch. Start and finish your day on your time. Patient reviews are stellar for the NP owned company. Potential to make $170,000 for motivated Provider that sees more than 5 patients each day. Many visits are at one facility location so easy to see multiple patients in a day. Company is owned by Nurse Practitioner so every detail has patient care as the focus Pharmacy Delivery, Physical Therapy support, Radiology, and Phlebotomy with Mobile lab, and Podiatry all available No call See between 5-9 patients a day Team Scheduler shares week to week schedule and available for support Patient visits are mapped for easiest commute. (morning patient visits usually farthest and average around 45 minutes away) Company Laptop with EMR Tebra (Kareo) Work cell phone with hot spot Weekly team meetings and daily break down check in Supervising Physician available Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner Home Health opportunity
Master's or Doctorate Degree as Nurse Practitioner CRNP in Adult Health, Family Medicine, or Gerontology (ANCC, AANP,ONCC, NBCHPN) Medical License in State of Maryland DEA license Home Health Experience Over one year of Adult inpatient or outpatient care as a Provider is a must Open to travel within Montgomery County Comfort with EMR and timely patient progress note completion Microsoft Teams for company communication Perks of the Nurse Practitioner Home Health opportunity
Base salary is $110,000-120,000 (based on 5 patients a day) entire package nears $160,000 in compensation if seeing more than baseline numbers of patients (5) Supplemental bonus for patients over 5 a day Billing codes bonus Mileage covered Medical Insurance coverage- 2 CareFirst options Vision insurance - 100% coverage Dental Insurance- $8 month 401K with 5 % match Continued education credits Disability insurance Life Insurance Long term Disability Generous PTO
