Position Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you will design and implement evidence-based treatment plans to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and improve overall patient functionality. Core Responsibilities Provide comprehensive evaluations and implement personalized treatment plans Collaborate closely with physicians, rehab professionals, and families to maximize patient outcomes Utilize advanced modalities, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy techniques Track and document patient progress using clinical benchmarks Engage in patient education and discharge planning Participate in continuing education and clinical mentorship programs Contribute to team-based care planning, case reviews, and outcomes improvement Qualifications
Graduate of an
accredited Physical Therapy program Active or pending Indiana PT license Strong commitment to evidence-based care and exceptional patient service Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required New graduates welcome with mentorship and training support available Key Clinical Focus Areas
