Job Description:
Our clients are seeking dedicated and compassionate Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Registered Nurses to join their dynamic and supportive team. This facility offers an environment where you can grow your career and make a significant difference in patient care.
Salary Range :
$27.72 - $33 per hour (1-5 years of experience) $36.30 per hour (10 years of experience) $39.60 per hour (15+ years of experience) Shift Differentials : $3 for nights and $2 for weekends Sign-On Bonus : Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis) Relocation Assistance : Case-by-case basis
Requirements :
1 year of recent RN experience (acute care experience preferred; LTAC experience considered) Florida RN license or ability to obtain prior to start Current BLS certification ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire) BSN preferred Benefits :

Serve as a patient and family advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality Conduct nursing assessments and make diagnoses Develop and implement patient care plans with a focus on continuous improvement
