About Us: A dynamic healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality care to a community in Shiprock, NM is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join a team on a 26-week contract basis.. Our Ambulatory Clinic provides a wide range of outpatient services, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness promotion.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care and support to patients in an Ambulatory Clinic setting. Perform patient assessments, screenings, and health education. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Assist with procedures and minor surgeries as needed. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of New Mexico. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ambulatory or outpatient clinic settings preferred. BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Benefits:
