Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children's prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season. \n\n This assignment is at our main Campus 1919 E Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016 \n\n This assignment will require floating to PICU and CVICU \n\n Days and Nights Available 7a - 7p & 7p - 7a. Shift will be decided in the interview. Only RTO discussed in the interview will be pre-approved \n\n Experience: 2 years' experience as an RN in NICU, with experience in PICU and/or CVICU Experience at a hospital with a Level III or IV NICU strongly preferred. Must be willing to float \n\n Children's hospital experience preferred. \n\n Education Requirements: Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing. \n\n Certification/License/Registry Requirements: *Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. *Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. *Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association. *Current NRP certification. \n Core Staffing Job ID 180412.
