Shifts available: Monday - Friday 6a-3p Types of Cases: Vascular, Gyn, Ortho, Trauma, Cysto, ENT, Neuro, Orthospine, General, Robotic, Cardiothoracic (Hearts and Valves), Thoracic-Lungs, OB-non high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cathlab, Bronch Lab, Plastics, healthy day surgery Peds, Podiatry Specific requirements/restrictions: 2 years recent on the job experience; Anything above max rate must be submitted and approved by MSP Coordinator before submission; No Providers who worked for contract mgt group within past 12 months and that live within 75 miles of the site; No Providers who worked for this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months; New Candidates must live outside the 75-mile radius of this site
