What You'll Do Perform
hearing evaluations ,
tinnitus management , and
hearing aid fittings Support patients with
cochlear implants
and other advanced hearing solutions Collaborate with specialists across neurology, internal medicine, and regenerative care Educate patients and families on hearing loss, assistive devices, and long-term care strategies Utilize state-of-the-art audiology tools in a modern, fully equipped facility

Compensation & Benefits
Salary : Highly competitive base, with incentive opportunities in regenerative research and emerging care models Sign-On Bonus : $25,000 after start date Health Insurance : Low-deductible Cigna health plan + vision and dental- 100% premiums paid by employer Supplemental Coverage : Disability, life, cancer, accident, hospital indemnity, and more Retirement : 6% employer-matched 401(k) Time Off : 6 weeks PTO + 7 sick days + 6 paid holidays CME : $5,000 + 5 days annually Malpractice : Employer-paid coverage ($1M/$3M)
Your Qualifications • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent • Eligible for or holding active Wyoming audiology license • Strong communication skills and team mindset • Commitment to providing exceptional, personalized care
