Advanced Practitioner - ICU Greater Philadelphia Area Seeking an Advanced Practitioner (CRNP or PA) to join the Night Shift Critical Care team. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician passionate about delivering high-quality, comprehensive care to critically ill patients in a collaborative environment. Position Highlights: Night shift schedule in a 24-bed mixed Medical/Surgical ICU 11pm 11am Central line and A-line insertion, and hemodynamic monitoring experience required EPIC EMR and 24/7 in-house anesthesia coverage Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care Qualifications: Master's degree and current CRNP or PA-C license Minimum 1 2 years of Critical Care or ICU experience required Compensation & Benefits: Salary - based on experience Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Retirement plan with employer match and automatic contributions Malpractice insurance provided CME allowance and paid CME days Paid time off and retention bonus Relocation assistance available H1B visa and green card support (J1 not eligible)
