36 hours per week Shift:
12-hour rotating shifts (07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00) Estimated Weekly Salary:
$2200 - $2360 ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - New Hampshire or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required Certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team ICU RN Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the MICU Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and manage advanced life-support equipment Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards
