Duties
:
Assist with orientation, on-boarding and training nursing staff for ongoing success.
Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts
Implementing and enforcing nursing processes in accordance with licensing agencies
Completing assessments timely
Assist residents to reach and maintain his/her highest level of performance and independence.
Assessments, auditing and care plan accuracy
QAPI implementation and outcomes
Fiscal responsibility, cost effectiveness, marketing and customer and employee satisfaction
Direct nursing services to residents
QUALIFICATIONS
:
Current RN Licensure in MN
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred, but not required.
Pass a criminal background study and must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
Assisted living experience preferred, but not required.
Proficient with Microsoft products; clinical charting experience is preferred.
