About the Role The Director of Clinical Services will: Lead multiple interdisciplinary teams across all levels of care settings. Oversee all clinical operations, staff, and patient care services. Collaborate with Quality, Compliance & Education teams to ensure regulatory readiness. Manage budgets, meet quality benchmarks, and support strategic growth initiatives. Foster a collaborative culture and motivate teams toward excellence.
Ideal Candidate Current RN (Colorado or eligible for licensure); BSN and CHPN preferred. 10+ years in healthcare, including 5+ years in progressive management. Hospice leadership experience preferred. Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-site operations. Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-focused leadership style.
