Occupational Therapist (School-Based)

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide therapy services to K-8 students. This role focuses on helping students improve motor, sensory, and adaptive skills so they can fully participate in school activities and reach their academic goals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and screenings; develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals; deliver direct therapy sessions; consult with teachers and staff; support fine motor skills, self-regulation, and daily living tasks; participate in IEP meetings; document services and progress in compliance with state and Medicaid requirements; travel between school sites to provide consistent support.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required; valid Michigan OT license (OTR/L); strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage a flexible, multi-site caseload. School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred; familiarity with IEPs, sensory integration, and assistive technology a plus.
