Position Summary: Greenbrier Care / Greenbrier Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients of all ages, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to promote wellness and manage acute and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions Educate patients and families on preventive health measures and treatment options Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMR systems Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in West Virginia Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by AANP or ANCC Minimum of 2 years of experience CPR/BLS and ACLS certification required Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills Commitment to providing patient-focused, culturally competent care Benefits:
