Oral Surgeon
Location: Asheville, NC Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Scheduling) Schedule: 4.5/Week
About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, biopsies, and corrective jaw surgery. Evaluate patients' medical and dental histories and develop personalized surgical treatment plans. Collaborate closely with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families about surgical procedures, pre- and post-operative care, and follow-up needs. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation. Qualifications:
D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school. Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Active (or eligibility for) dental license in the state of North Carolina. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
