Description Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients utilizing standardized measures and observational methods. Create tailored therapeutic plans targeting immediate objectives while addressing ongoing communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges. Deliver individualized speech therapy focusing on all aspects of communication including language, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational and physical therapists, nurses, doctors, families, and caregivers to design integrated treatment strategies. Educate patients and their families to foster progress beyond clinical settings. Participate in occasional inpatient assessments and therapeutic interventions to ensure consistent care throughout recovery pathways. Keep precise and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations. Engage in continuous professional development and peer collaboration to remain at the forefront of industry advancements. Education
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified. Certifications
Current state licensure as a
Speech Language Pathologist . Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment. Skills
