Warehouse Material Handler
Gem State Staffing is hiring an experienced Warehouse Material Handler for a permanent, full-time position in Jerome, Idaho. This role involves loading/unloading trucks, operating forklifts and other equipment, picking/packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 100 lbs, and follow all warehouse safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload trucks; move materials to storage or production areas. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and RF scanners (certification provided if needed). Sort, label, and store products by order number, type, or product code. Conduct cycle counts, quality checks, and maintain accurate inventory. Prepare parcels for mailing or third-party delivery services. Keep work area clean and follow all safety protocols. Drive company delivery truck on assigned routes as needed.
