We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, construction, and implementation of water and wastewater treatment projects. This role requires a technical mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders from preconstruction through commissioning. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping infrastructure that delivers long-term value to both clients and the environment. Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

Lead the development of project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans Prepare and manage estimates, bids, contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements Define goals and technical requirements in collaboration with engineers, architects, and environmental specialists Track and control project performance, budgets, and timelines to ensure delivery within scope Construction Oversight

Oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, consultants, engineers, owners, and suppliers Conduct regular jobsite visits and inspections to verify progress and quality Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgets, and documentation throughout the construction process Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality protocols Technical Coordination

Partner with manufacturers to specify components and select cost-effective, reliable materials Ensure system designs meet environmental performance goals and regulatory standards Monitor and support system installation, startup, testing, and commissioning Provide O&M training to facility operators and assist with final turnover documentation Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field 5+ years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure, ideally involving water/wastewater systems Strong understanding of MEP trades Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, teams, and subcontractors on complex, multi-phase projects Proficiency in project management and technical tools such as Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse technical and non-technical teams Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred but not required To thrive in this e nviro nment, you must: communicate clearly and professionally, work well independently, and with a team, exercise sound judgment, be curious and eager to expand your technical knowledge, show humility by being receptive to feedback, and be driven to have an impact.
