Position Overview
The ATC Operational Publications Division (OPD) provides services to create, update, and distribute technical documents to support Coast Guard aviation missions through the development, sustainment, and distribution of current and accurate technical information in the most efficient and timely manner.
Essential Job Function
Use available tools and software to capture all incoming tasks and tracking work within the division. They will generate reports, as requested by the government assist with data management, and perform some QA on documents. They shall also assist with distribution of publications, as required maintain an inventory of supplies in order to alert the government when items are needed.
