We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Assistant / Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Mail and process customer documents. Help organize marketing and community events. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Our office is located in Little Rock. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Harding University.
