Full-time Monday - Friday Enjoy a flexible daily schedule of cardiology consults for adults in skilled nursing facilities Current New York nurse practitioner license and DEA Prefer candidates that have 2 years of cardiology or post-acute care experience Additional cardiology training will be provided
