Network Engineer

Work with the Product Owner and Squad members to design, develop, test, configure, upgrade, and maintain Fortinet and Checkpoint Firewalls with virtual instances (VDOM/VSX) in line with requirements. Collaborate with your team to implement and operate solutions, deploy infrastructure and network software according to change management processes, and develop technical documentation. Interact with internal and external customers to ensure excellent satisfaction, focusing on continuous improvement through automation, education, and knowledge sharing. This position offers flexible work arrangements (minimum 2 days onsite, maximum 3 days from home per week) and involves rotational weekend deployment activities and on-call duties. Required skills include hands-on experience with Fortinet and Checkpoint Firewalls, firewall management platforms, security policy management tools, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, troubleshooting, scripting, and familiarity with concepts like IaC. Preferred certifications include Fortinet FCP/FCSS, Checkpoint CCSA/CCSE, Cisco CCNA. Knowledge of Linux, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow is also beneficial. Seniority level: Entry level.
