What We’re Looking For
We want a
skilled HVAC expert
who takes pride in their craft and values exceptional customer service:
KY Journeyman HVAC license
required.
Minimum
5 years
experience
Advanced
Trouble-shooting abilities
Valid driver’s license
and a
clean driving record .
Ability to
pass a criminal background check
and
drug screening .
Able to
lift up to 50 lbs .
Exceptional communication skills
and a passion for helping others.
Proven
experience as an HVAC technician, with a focus on warranty-related work.
EPA certification
required; additional certifications or licenses may be .
Strong
knowledge
of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in reading
technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
Detail-oriented with a focus on
accuracy and precision
in all tasks.
Ability to work
independently
and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience and Education
Residential HVAC experience
is a must!
Compensation
Your pay will be
based on experience , with plenty of room for growth!
Hourly Range $28 - $35 / based on Experience - PLUS: the ability to earn $$ Commission!
Essential Job Functions
Conduct warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed systems.
Replace defective components and parts under warranty, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
Document all work performed, including detailed records of parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain warranty coverage, repair processes, and preventive maintenance recommendations.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of warranty-related tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
