This highly visible executive role will lead large-scale organizational change, drive innovation, and implement advanced technology solutions across 50+ location in the US. What You'll Do Transforming our current paper-based, manual estimation process into a centralized, AI-driven, real-time estimation system Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives Collaborate interdepartmentally to support seamless customer experience Lead and develop the estimation team Integrate value engineering and closing activities during the RFP to order stage Establish and monitor appropriate estimation function metrics What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field Advanced degree preferred 15+ years of experience in estimation in the glass and architectural industry Overseeing estimating for 25+ locations Experience building/restructuring an estimating team/program Strong understanding of estimation processes, methodologies, and best practices Excellent executive leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience with AI-driven estimation software and automation tools preferred Experience in change management and driving organizational innovation preferred
