You will be cross-trained to perform various functions across different departments, supporting our business and operational needs. What You'll Do: Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, prepping, and shipping orders as well as handling returns.
Input data and prepare reports for efficient tracking and documentation.
Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service by effectively communicating and resolving any disputes with vendors or associates.
Contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to all company, state, local, and OSHA safety regulations and reporting any potential safety violations.
Follow all company policies and standards to maintain accuracy and productivity in your work.
Maintain regular attendance and adhere to the company dress code.
Be flexible and willing to work any designated shift and overtime if required based on business needs.
Required Skills: Fluent in English to understand and follow operational safety instructions and training.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
Adept at multi-tasking and managing workload effectively.
Willingness to complete training programs and cross-train in at least two departments.
