In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead global or local commercial and operations teams. Each day, you will be accountable for the commercial deployment as well as the day-to-day operations of the organization within your assigned geographical scope. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the design and implementation of both the business commercial and customer-focused operations strategies. The work model for the role is:
onsite . This role is contributing to the Customer Service line in US Robotics. Main stakeholders are US Robotics and Global CS Organization. You will be mainly accountable for: Ensuring the integrated commercial and operational success of the organization in order to drive business growth, market penetration, and achievement of organizational performance and growth objectives. Creating, implementing, reviewing, and relentlessly executing the business commercial strategy, industry segment strategy, go-to-market model and customer-focused operations strategy with responsibility for financial and non-financial targets Ensuring a sustainable and effective value-chain, from supplier to customer and from order to delivery (products, parts, projects, and field service). Driving appropriate, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency with special focus areas such as profitability, demand analysis, cost-to-serve, channel profitability and Return on Investment. Qualifications For The Role
You are highly skilled working collaboratively cross business units and understand diverse market segments (automotive and general industry) Ability to demonstrate your experience in containing and resolving customer inquires with high urgency. You have 15 years of experience in Industrial Manufacturing. Highly adept in technical product and automation portfolio. You are passionate about building high performing teams. Degree in engineering or business with proven technical competence. You are at ease communicating with c-level and customers. What's In It For You?
